"Leo watched her. "A calm cloud?" he asked. Elara nodded. "Try it with me," she encouraged. Leo took a big breath in, imagining a soft, fluffy cloud filling his tummy. Then, he slowly let it out, feeling a tiny bit of the squiggly feeling float away. He tried it again, and again."

"The next day, Leo faced a small worry wobble at dinner. His mom put a new, green vegetable on his plate. He wasn't sure he wanted to try it! But then, he remembered Elara's calm clouds. He took three slow breaths, and suddenly, trying the new vegetable didn't seem so scary. He took a bite, and it was actually quite yummy!"

"Finally, it was the day of the school play. Backstage, the worry wobbles returned, bigger than ever! Leo’s heart thumped. He looked at his costume, then at the curtain. His big line was coming up soon."

"Then, he remembered Elara and her calm clouds. He closed his eyes and took a deep, slow breath. In goes the calm cloud, he thought. Out goes the worry wobble. He took another. And another. Each breath made him feel a little bit stronger, a little bit braver."
