The Bearly There's Bonkers Beach Day – Page 1
"The four best friends, Fab, Giggles, Pink, and Shorty, tumbled out of their sandy car. "The beach!" yelled Pink, throwing her headphones on a towel. "Last one to the water is a rotten seagull egg!" Shorty zoomed past everyone, kicking up sand. "You're on!""

"Giggles, however, was more interested in his snacks. He opened a bag of cheesy puffs, and the delicious smell drifted on the sea breeze. "A wizard's feast!" he declared happily. Suddenly, a shadow fell over him. A flock of very hungry seagulls stared at him with their beady eyes."

""Hey! Get your own!" he shouted, waving his hands. But the seagulls didn't listen. Squawk! Squawk! They swooped down in a feathered whirlwind of chaos! One particularly bold seagull snatched the entire bag of cheesy puffs right out of his paws! "By my beard! The winged beasts have plundered my treasure!" Giggles cried, covered in orange dust."

"Meanwhile, Shorty had a brilliant, mischievous idea. "Hey Fab," she said with a grin. "Let's build the world's greatest sand sculpture!" Fab, always up for a challenge, agreed. "Excellent! I shall be the foundation!" he announced, lying down in the warm sand."

"Shorty started piling sand on Fab's legs. Then his tummy. Then his chest. Soon, only Fab's head was sticking out of a giant mound of sand. "This is a very strong foundation," Fab mumbled. Shorty giggled. "It's not a sculpture, silly. You're a bear-potato!""

"While the others were busy, Pink was wading in the shallow water, looking for seashells. She squinted at something shiny out in the waves. It had long, flowing hair and a shimmering tail that flickered in the sunlight. "A mermaid!" she gasped, her eyes wide with wonder."

""Guys! Guys! You have to see this!" Pink shouted, waving them over. "It's a real-life mermaid!" The "mermaid" turned, and its long, flowing hair whipped around. It wasn't a mermaid at all. It was a surfer with a very colorful, sparkly surfboard that was catching the sun."

"Just then, they heard a frantic shout from the beach. "Help! I'm a potato and I can't get up!" It was Fab! Pink and Shorty rushed over to the giant sand mound. "Don't worry, Fab! We'll dig you out!" Shorty declared, grabbing her shovel."

"As they dug, Giggles marched towards the flock of seagulls, who were now fighting over the cheesy puffs. He held up a giant, drippy piece of seaweed. "Behold, beasts of the sky! The Seaweed Scepter of Soggy Revenge!" he yelled, shaking it at them. Startled by the floppy, wet thing, the seagulls squawked and flew away."

"Finally, Fab was free. Covered in sand, Giggles was covered in cheese dust, and Pink was still a little disappointed about the mermaid, but they were all laughing. "Well," said Shorty, "that was the craziest, silliest, most bonkers beach day ever." And they all had to agree."
